Minimum Master’s Degree in Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/

Minimum Master's Degree in Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/ Business Administration with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA Minimum five years of experience in banking and/or financial institution out of which 3 years must be in the relevant job area Should be presently working at least in the level of Supervisor in any Bank, FI Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline
Officers (Branch Heads/Credit/Operations/Marketing/Trade Finance/Internal Audit)
Minimum Master's Degree in Management/Economics/Mathematics'Statistics/
Business Administration with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
Minimum four years of experience in banking and/or financial institution out of which 2 years must be in the relevant job area
Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any Bank/FI
Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline
Required competencies
Candidates for all the above posts
Are expected to have fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali Should be determined in achieving targets
Should be creative, innovative and demonstrate leadership skills in their respective fields
Should demonstrate proven track record of building and managing teams with ability to effectively lead team
