Deputy General Manager/ AssL General Managers/Managers
Academic Qualification:
Master's degree in Managcmcnt/Economics/CA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO to prepare strategic plan, financial projection, other plans and programs
- Introduce and implement effective risk management practices for credit risk, market risk, operation risk, liquidity risk and other banking risks.
- Take overall responsibility of human resource management of the company.
• Take responsibility of financial aspect of procurement and contract management of the company and develop the contract management procedure of the company.
- Manage and oversee the required interfaces between the company and the government and /or stakeholders.
- Review existing bye-laws, policies and manuals of the company and prepare and recommend changes if there are any inconsistencies.
- Keep the CEO fully informed concerning the performances of the company.
- Review and report regularly to the CEO
- Preparation of feasibility report for establishing new branch/counters.
Experience: At least 10 yrs. experience in Banking Sector.
