Preferred Professional Qualifications:
• Proven track record of strong leadership skills and an outstanding performance as a Head of a School; international experience preferred
• Excellent academic background, Doctorate, M.ed or Equivalent
• Experience with curriculum development, educational planning, and sound fiscal management
• Demonstrated ability and vision to manage in new establishment process of school
• Successful experience in admissions, marketing, community relations
• Ability to recruit and retain outstanding teachers, administrators, and staff members
• Outstanding inter-personal skills including the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse constituency, both within the school and in the community at large
