SAMUHIK ABHIYAN, a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Kathmandu is seeking to hire some staffs for a fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. These positions are Kathmandu based and required frequent field visits.
1. Position: Fund Raising Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in social sciences or management with three years experience or Bachelor level with five years experience in relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing fundraising and partnerships strategies covering corporate, government, multi-lateral, partner l/NGO revenue streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Nepali, cross-cultural experience preferable.
2. Position: Cluster manager (for Enhancing Effectiveness of EPSP Through Increased Citizen Participation
• Bachelor Degree in with three years experience in related field
• Experience in good governance, Social mobilization and coordination with the district as well as at the national level
• Understanding of emergency peace support project and working with the conflict affected people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Nepali, cross-cultural experience preferable.
