Position Title: Deputy Manager - Logistics & Quality Key Responsibilities
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles
• Ensuring that safety and all legal requirements are met
• Assigning and briefing duties to drivers, airport representatives/guides and ensuring perfect services to the guests
• Ensuring that all partners in the supply chain are functioning effectively and efficiently to put in place smooth operations
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelors in any discipline
• Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in relevant field
Position Title: 2. Team Associate • Logistics & Quality Key Responsibilities
• Support the Deputy Manager for the assignment of the duties of vehicles, airport representatives and guides; ensure the quality of vehicles and transfer seivices
• Communicating effectively with airport representatives and guides; facilitating their requirements to cany out their jobs in an professional and efficient manner
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelors in any discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in relevant field Required Skill:
• Customer service orientation constitutes core competency for both the positions
• Pleasant personality, self-motivate and learning attitude
• Excellent (written & verbal) communication skills in both in English & Nepali
• Able to work independently as well as a core member of the Sita Team
