QUALIFICATION: Applicant should havo at least 3 years of experience in Hotel industry.

AGE LIMIT: 30-40 years

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve customer complaints on food quality and service.

Maintain hygienic kitchen and dining areas, sanitation standards, and necessary record keeping.

Budgeting, keeping employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, monitor book keeping records.

Use computer software to monitor inventory and staff.

Collect receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts and lock the facility at the end of day.

Recruit, hire, and oversee training for staff.

Schedule working hours for servers.

Develop marketing plans and their implementation.
