Job Description
• To manage, coordinate and maintain all marketing matters related to plan and execute a complete range of marketing and business development activities and to formulate, strategies and coordinate the business development activities of the company
• To aggressively promote, marketing and create distribution channel of all Company's Products in all over Nepal
• Direct the hiring, training, monitoring and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
Prerequisite
« Experience, skill and confidence to take independent responsibility to analyze, supervise and monitor aggressive sales, distribution and marketing plans.
• Think creatively, be organized and methodical work well in a team and with a wide range of people
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Master degreed with relevant subjects in support of the respective positions. Technical education/ background wifl also highly be valued.
• Knowledge in IT related products/ services marketing will be an added advantage.
o Minimum 5 years of working experience required in similar field in a reputed company.
This is a very senior management level Position. Salary no bar for right candidate and will be negotiable.
