Career at Reliable Micro-Finance Bittiya Sanstha

Reliable Micro-Finance Ltd, a complete subsidiary company of Reliable Finance Limited is a proposed regional-level microfinance company with its Head-Quarters in Besisahar, Lamjung, Nepal. It will be covering 10 districts with focus to serve the people and contribute to the national economy by promoting small businesses or micro-entrepreneurs.

We are thus looking to recruit suitable candidates under following positions to be part of our team, and take responsibility to carry forward the company.

1. Chief Executive Officer - 1 Position

General Requirements: Must possess eligible criteria as per the prevailing standards. One should be a Masters Degree holder (preferably in Management/Finance/Economics) with more than 4 years of relevant experience. She/he has to be a passionate leader who can communicate, motivate, lead and develop the team to achieve organizational goals.

2. Managers - 2 Positions

General Requirements: Has to have Bachelors Degree (preferably in Management/Economics) with about 3 years of experience in the capacity of an Officer. She/he has to be a good team player, should be able to work under demanding work environment, posses computing skills and knowledge of the job.

3. Officers - Few Positions

General Requirements: Bachelors Degree in any stream but has to have at least 3 years of work experience in similar organization, should be capable of handling all forms of job requirements and be familiar with day to day operation, be proficient in computing and communication.

4. Management Trainees - Few Positions

General Requirements: Must hold MBA degree, possess pleasing personality, be well-versed in computer application and communication, result-oriented and problem solving ability with an attitude to take challenge and grow in the company.

5. Assistants - Few Positions

General Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Management (or +2 Level with experience can also apply), knowledge of computer application, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
