CARE Nepal seeks competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the position of Program Coordinator for DFID funded Community Support Program (CSP). This position is based in Kathmandu with 20 % of field visits.

1. Program Coordinator (1)

Key responsibilities: This position provides program direction to projects by developing and participating hi program strategy formulation and policy development at the mission level. The Program Coordinator provides coaching, support and guidance to the project managers and other key project staff in various aspects of program planning and implementation. S/he is expected lo maintain strong coordination and relations with central level counterparts, government ministries and department, donors and Cl members. S/he reports directly to Assistant Country Director and maintains close coordination and contact with Coordinators, Functions Heads and Thematic/ Technical Coordinators. Qualifications: Master's Degree in relevant subject equivalent with significant years of working experience in the relevant area. Competencies; Excellent in Plannrng. Monitoring and Evaluation method and process; Excelled training and interpersonal skills; Ability to judge people's characteristics and potential; Excellent in both oral and written English; Ability to use computer to run office application software packages.
