Career at Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN)

Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a pioneer in the area of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Since 2005, Our efforts are spearheaded by a network of volunteers and health functionaries located in 42 districts of the country. We are a Member Association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation, which is a leading service provider and advocate of SRHR in 170 countries. Since 2008, FPAN as a PR of Global Fund Round-7 HIV grant is implementing HIV/AIDS prevention, care, support program among Labour Migrants and their spouses in 13 districts and among MSM in 15 districts of Nepal including 8 prison settings in partnership with 18 NGOs and 2 government hospitals.
Grants Manager - Global Fund Round - 7 HIV & AIDS Program
• Main Functions: Under the direct Supervision of the Project Director- PMU and the advisory Support of the Finance Director-FPAN, the Grants Manager will:

• Manage the Grants Management team consisting of the finance and programme officers and the administrative associate, oversee the implementation of the GF grant to ensure financial and programme delivery is on target through the grant life-cycle from signature to close-out, support the project Director in establishing and maintaining effective relationship with CCM, NCASC, other PRs, TGF Secretarial in Geneva and other key partners and provision programmatic and financial support and capacity building to grants sub recipients.
Qualification and Experience:
• Chartered Accountant (with 2 years of experience)

• ACCA/CPA (4 years of experience)

• Masters degree in Business Administration/Finance (5 years of experience)
