Career at Siddhartha Development Bank Limited


Siddhartha Development Bank Limited is one of the leading National Level Development Banks of Nepal established in the year 2056 B.S. Its sole aim is to get the exclusive confidence of the Nepalese market by rendering banking service of global standard.
Presently, with 18 branches of which 4 branches are located inside Kathmandu valley including the Head Office. The bank proposes to recruit highly motivated, dynamic and experienced pi different positions. Suitably qualified Nepalese Citizen, who are willing to work with are requested to apply for the following positions:

1. Officer (Legal) -7th Level
Vacancy-1
This is an Officer Level position required to report directly to the CEO with extensive responsibility for the overall Legal Department.

The candidate should possess a minimum of BL/LLB qualification. At least 4 years of relevant work experience is a must. However, priority shall be given to candidates with previous experience at Legal Department of BFIs.

Age: Above 21 and not exceeding 35 years as on last submission date of application. No age limit shall be applicable for SDBL staffs.

2. Officer (IT) -7th Level
Vacancy-1
This is an Officer Level position required to report directly to the CEO with extensive responsibility for the overall IT Department.

The candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IT) qualification. At least 4 years of relevant work experience in BFIs is a must. Knowledge of Pumori is preferred
Age: Above 21 and not exceeding 35 years as on last submission date of application.

No age limit shall be applicable for SDBL staffs.

3. Junior Officer (Legal) -6th Level
Vacancy-1
This is an Officer Level position with direct reporting responsibility to Legal Department. The candidate should possess a minimum of BL/LLB qualification. At least 3 years of relevant work experience is a must. However, priority shall be given to candidates with previous experience at Legal Department of BFIs.

Age: Above 21 and not exceeding 35 years as on last submission date of application.

No age limit shall be applicable for SDBL staffs.

4. Supervisor (Legal) -5th Level
Vacancy-1
This is an Assistant Level position with direct reporting responsibility to Legal Department. However he/she will have to perform other responsibilities as defined by the Bank. The candidate should possess a minimum of BL/LLB qualification. Experience in BFIs & knowledge of prevailing regulatory framework is preferred

Age: Above 21 and not exceeding 35 years as on last submission date of application.

No age limit shall be applicable for SDBL staffs.

5. Supervisor (IT) -5th Level
Vacancy-1
This is an Assistant Level position with direct reporting responsibility to IT Department.

The candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IT) qualification. Previous experience at BFIs is preferred.

Age: Above 21 and not exceeding 35 years as on last submission date of application.

No age limit shall be applicable for SDBL staffs.

Candidates applying for above positions should have fluency in English along with computer skills. In addition, they are expected to have smart personality, pleasant and cheerful attitude with excellent interpersonal skill, desire to excel and work in a team.
