Women’s Reproductive Rights Program under Centre for Agro-Ecology and Development (CAED) is looking for a competent candidate for the following position to work in eastern terai.

Position Title: Field Program Coordinator Minimum Requirement and competencies

• Bachelors Degree in Social Science, Rural Development or Public Health with at least 4 years experience in similar position

• Good analytical skill to interpret local socio-cultural issues

• Ability to coach and support multi-disciplinary team to undertake program independently

• Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skill

• Ability to coordinate with concerned GOs and l/NGOs

• Excellent spoken Maithili, written and spoken Nepali, English skills
