DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

At the moment, we require an experienced and enthusiastic Director HR to join our team. As the Director HR, the person would be required to create programs and events to foster a positive work environment for all employees. The person selected would be responsible for administrative and talent development activities as per the policies and procedures of the organization. The candidate should be well versed with the knowledge of local labor laws and possesses adequate experience in handling daily operational requirements related to the job.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a graduate and/or with specialized qualification related to the position, with minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Department Head in Human Resources in a reputed organization.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience in the Hotel industry.
