Job title: Program Development Officer
Qualification: Master in Public Health or Social Sciences.
Duties and Responsibilities: Will be responsible to work closely with board. Be involved in Programme Development. Focus on the facilitation of programme planning, carry out Programme management, Execution of Programme activities & carry out community based rehabilitation activities. Able to travel frequently outside the Kathmandu.
Experiences:
• At least 5 years' experience in program development & management.
• At least three years' experience in mental health or other cross cutting disability service delivery.
• Have in-depth experience and understanding of right-based approach.
• Have depth experience of project cycle management.
• Well-developed skills in reporting writing, proposal writing, and programme documentation.
• Have well developed computer skills in Word processing, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, audio/visual equipment.
• Excellent English writing, editing and formatting skills.
