Programme Director - Provides overall strategic direction, management and technical leadership to the project in Nepal, and acts as the primary liaison between the project, DfID, and the government of Nepal. Responsible for ensuring responsiveness and quality of project results, guiding senior technical staff and the overall management of operational, financial and administrative aspects of the project. Qualification Requirements: Master's Degree (minimum) in Public Health, Health Administration, or Medicine and IS years of related experience. Substantial experience in the areas of family planning service provision, reproductive health, health care improvement strategies, social marketing, and working with public and private health sectors b desired. Demonstrated experience managing a donor funded project in a developing country and experience with DfID contracts is highly desirable.
Technical Dirtctor Leads efforts to develop and implement the project's strategies to reach clients with family planning services through non-state providers and non-traditional channels. Responsible for managing, engaging, and strengthening public sector and private sector partnerships with an emphasis on increasing family planning delivery and utilization. S/he will develop and oversee the project's demand creation strategies and total market approach to family planning service delivery Qualification Requirements: Minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant discipline and 10+ years of experience, with an emphasis on family planning and private sector approaches to expanding service delivery.
Finance ft Administration Manager - Provides leadership and direction for the management of the contract, procurement, subcontracting, financial management and reporting, and general administrative support of the program. Develops and tracks budgets, manages payroll and vendor relations, and controls all financial transactions and reporting, both for the client and lor Abt associates headquarters.
Qualification Requirements: Bachelors Degree (minimum) or a Master's Degree In Business, Administration, Finance, or Accounting and 10+ years of experience In administration, project management and/or financial management S of which should be working with international donors In a development setting. Experience with DAD contracts desirable.
