PACT IS HIRING for Various Positions

Pact, Inc., a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC, is implementing an exciting new USAID-funded project 'Sajhedari Bikas", aimed at strengthening Nepal’s communities. Pact is looking for highly competent Nepali citizens for the following positions to be based in Mid-West and Fewest districts.
Director of Grants and Contracts

Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English, BBS, BBAor equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledgeable of United States Government rule and regulations, must be conversant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR), and USAID sub contracting and grants awards processes and regulations.
Director of Administration
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. BBS, BBAor equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledgeable of Nepal labor law. Knowledge of USG rules and regulations preferred.

Manager, Performance Based Management System (PBMS)
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree in Social Science or equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Familiar with basic statistical packages such as Excel, Access and SPSS. Proven experience of monitoring and evaluation of large donor funded projects.

Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree in Social Science or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Familiar with basic statistical packages such as Excel, Access and SPSS. Knowledgeable on mobile phone data collection.
Senior Officer, IT/GIS
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree in Geography and IT, or related fields and at least 4 years relevant experience.

Manager, Conflict Mitigation
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree in Conflict/ Peace Studies or Political Science or related fields and at least 6 years of relevant experience in conflict mitigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or community-based conflict mediation processes. Working experience in Mid-west and Far West districts preferred.

Manager, Governance
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree in Political/Social Science, Governance Studies, Public Policy, or related fields and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Working experience in Mid-west and Far Western districts preferred.

Manager, Engineer
Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. BE or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Working experience in Mid and Far Western districts preferred.
