THOMPSON NEPAL - part of JWT Worldwide, a reputed multinational Communications PR Company based in Kathmandu, is looking for a high-caliber professional with integrity and commitment to head the Finance Commercial Department.
The incumbent will be responsible for the treasury, accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting, legal and secretarial functions of the company. The person will be expected to establish a strong professional relationship with the bankers, auditors, lawyers, and Government Departments related to taxation and VAT. He will also be required to represent the Company at all regional level conferences and meetings.
As a key member of the top management team, the successful candidate will require a high degree of strategic planning skills with broad management focus and vision to oversee all aspects of the financial operations and drive an aggressive growth for the company.
Candidate should ideally be Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/ACCA/MBA [Finance] with at least 5-7 years’ experience in a company of repute. Experience in Management Accounting will be a definite advantage. Computer skills will be essential.
