Sahakarmi Samaj, is a reputed Nepali Non-Governmental Organization working in the field of community governance strengthening, empowerment and organizational capacity building through the process oriented empowerment approach. It has been working in mid and far-western development region for last 16 years. It is going to implement the 'Increasing the access of marginalised community to drinking water through community capacity building programme1 in Banke and Dang. SS is looking for a young and energetic candidate for the following position. Academic qualification and other requirements:
The candidate should have the following competencies -
• Passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent or diploma level in civil engineering with at least two years experiences in the related field.
• Have advanced knowledge and skill of computer program (MS-word, Excel, PageMaker, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.)
• Good interpersonal communication, documentation and reporting skill in Nepali and English.
• Have sound behavior of working in the team and be able to visit to the remote areas.
• Ability to speak and understand local languages (especially, Awadhi and Tharu) would be an extra advantage. Priority will be given to the candidates of working district or adjoining districts
The salaries and benefits will be according to the employment policy of Sahakarmi Samaj.
