1. Human Resources Manager
Requirements for HR Manager:
• Master degrees in HRM with at least 5 years of experience as a human Resource Manager.
• OR, Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager.
• Must have sound knowledge of Recruitment process, HR data management, HR planning, Job analysis and Pay roll management.
• Must have effective and persuasive communication skills along with HR skills.
• Must have a very good knowledge of Nepalese Labor Laws and Rules.
• Must have the capability to deal with critical situations with an ease.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be ready to work in a team and should have problem solving skill.
• Must be able to handle PR effectively.
2. Finance Controller
Requirements for Finance controller:
• Must be a Chartered Accountant with at least five years of experience including the period of articled trainee.
• Or, Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 7 years of experience in the related field including the period of article trainee.
• Must be able to plan strategically and maintain financial effiency.
3. Accountant
Requirements for Finance controller:
• Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in the related field.
• For Bachelor's degree must have at least 5 years of experience in the related field.
m Must have the proper knowledge of Income Tax, VAT and other relevant accounting standards, rules and relevant laws.
4. House - Keeping In Charge
Requirements for House -Keeping In Charge :
• At least 5 years of Experience in 3 or 5 star Hotels, Hostels and Hospitals or in the relevant fields.
• Must have acquired at least Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have effective and persuasive communication skills.
• Must have proper knowledge of general Laws and rules.
• Must have HR and PR skills.
• Must be reliable and be able to work under pressure.
5. Commercial/Operation In charge
Requirements for commercial/operation manager:
• At least bachelor’s degree with experience of at least 7 years in any reputed organization.
• S/he must be able to maintain effective and efficient operation system in the organization.
• Must monitor, assist detect issues, motivate & facilitate the departments on daily operational activities.
• Must provide detailed information related to the staff performance, attendance and discipline to the management on monthly basis.
• Must have sound PR skills.
• Must have able to handle all the banking and other commercial activities.
• Must be able to handle pressure and work independently
