Job Title: Program Coordinator Job Functions:
• Lead and manage 131M program making significant contribution to the operation and strategic development.
• To lead academic development of the program fostering culture of excellent teaching and research.
• Be proactive in enhancing and developing the quality of student's learning experience and the quality of teaching.
• To contribute to Annual planning cycle and the production of BIM program Plan.
• To take leading role in recruitment and training of Faculty members.
Required Educational Qualification and Competencies:
• Masters degree in Computer related Subject or equivalent / MBA with Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of similar experience.
• Strong Managerial skills and Capacity to motivate team members.
Job Title: IT Lecturer / Finance Lecturer
• Adequately prepare all course materials and daily lesson plans.
• Provide each student with clear course expectations, evaluation criteria and timelines based on Tribhuwan University BIM Syllabus and BBS Syllabus.
• Work with each student through their learning process
• Provide interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting and provide fair assessments of all assignments
• Provide clear and timely reports on all students at the completion of a course of study Required Educational Qualification and Competencies:
• Masters degree in Computer related Subject or equivalent with 2 years of teaching experience or Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Application, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 4 years of teaching experiences.
• Masters degree in Business Studies with Finance major or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary: Coordinator: Minimun NRs. 45,000/- (Negotiable),
