SENIOR STORE ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
• Manage various products and logistics, dispatch such products and goods as per the order given and maintain proper billing and detail records in bookkeeping.
• Plan, organize and direct inventory of godown for management of godown products.
• Co-ordinate the Broken Product Bottles in accordance with factory staff for its proper disposal.
• Physically verify the stocks twice a day.
• Ensure product availability in godown to deliver ordered product in time.
• Dispatch finished products according to the dispatch plan list for delivering product to ordered place.
• Ensure maintenance of stock book to confirm supply of ordered goods.
• Ensure handling of transport and logistic personnel for smooth dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain VAT Bill to pay tax to the government.
• Assist in Data Management.
Qualification
Intermediate in any stream (management will be preferred) with 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial level.
