DISTILLATION SHIFT IN CHARGE
Plan, organize, direct and control plant operation in fermentation, distillation, grain and utility section as per ISO standards. Supervise, monitor and train the team members of production department. Analyze required parameters of distillation, fermentation, lab process and grain plant, prepare relevant reports and submit to production manager.
Qualification
B.Sc. (Chemistry/Alcohol Tech. Preferable) with relevant experience of minimum 5 years or M.Sc. (Chemistry/Alcohol Tech. Preferable) with relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
HR OFFICER
Assist HR Manager in operating HR activities for smooth operation of HR functions at Factory. Assist in conducting Training and Development activities, Performance Management System, Recruitment and Selection, maintain Employee Inventory System and other HR related activities.
Qualification
Fresh MBA graduates with HR specialization or BBA (HR specialization) with relevant experience of minimum 2 years.
D.M. PLANT OPERATOR
Operate D.M. Plant, softener and water filters, maintain water treatment machine and its log sheet and prepare reports pertaining to D.M. Plant.
Qualification
+2 or Intermediate level (Science Preferable) with relevant experience of minimum
2 years in water treatment section as operator.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Sound knowledge on MS-Office, E-mail and Internet.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Ability to plan independently.
• Ability to manage problem and get prompt decision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
