Hyott Regency Kathmandu is looking for motivated individuals who are self-driven and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service, English longuoge and communication skills, as well an outgoing personality, for the positions listed below.

The candidates will be responsible for assisting m the efficient and smooth operation of the department concerned, in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's strategies and brand standards. The successful applicant will be required to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners

1. CHEF DE CUISINE - PASTRY AND BAKERY • One position available.

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with Pastry and Bakery specialisation

Minimum two years as CDC and total 8-10 years' of experience in culinary field in a hotel

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygione practices and occupational health and safety standards.

- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills, with a Bair for creativity, ore o must.

2. CHEF DE CUISINE - ITALIAN/EUROPEAN - One position available.

Bochelor's degree in Hotel Management with Italian and European specialisation

Minimum two years as CDC and total 8-10 years' of experience in culinarv field in a hotel.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards

- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

Good procticol, operotionol and adequate administrative skills, with a flair for creotivity, ore a must.

3. EVENT SALES EXECUTIVE • One position available.

Bochelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Monogement.

- Minimum two years' work experience os a Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel.

Good understanding of selling technique and event knowledge.

- Good problem-solving, administrative ond interpersonal skills are a must.

4 SECRETARY • One position available.

- Bochelor's degree in Business Management.

Professional secretarial course auolificotion.

Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email.

Minimum one year work experience in o related field is preferred.

Knowledge of accounting procedure will be on odvantoge.

5. GUEST SERVICES OFFICER • One position available.

- Bochelor's degree m Hospitality or Tourism Monogement.

- Minimum two years' work experience in hotel operations.

Excellent customer services, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of any other international languoge(s) will be an advantage

6 TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL) • One position available.

Diploma or two years of vocational training in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum two years' work experience as Mechanical technician in a hotel or in a lorge building/complex with central plant.

7. COMMIS CHEF • One position available.

- Bochelor's degree in Hotel Monogement or completed three years' chef apprenticeship.

Two years' work experience preferably in Italian/European cuisine.

Candidates with good practical and operational skills, ond a flair for creativity, will be given preference.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen nygiene practices, occupational heolth ond food safety standards.

8. HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT ■ Three positions available.

A relevont degree or diploma in Hotel Monogement.

Minimum one year of work experience in hotel operations.

9. BELL ATTENDANT • One position available.

- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum two years' work experience in hotel operations.

Good customer services, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
