Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customers’ queries and solving their problems over the phone.
Main Duties:
Respond to customers inquiries using available resources
Provide customers with product and service information
Assist and resolve any customers complaints in a professional manner
Ability to identify customer’s queries
Job Specifications:
Minimum 10+2 completed in any faculty
Good communication skills in both English & Nepali
Ability to troubleshoot and respond to customer’s doubt with convincing answer.
