JOB POSITION: Junior Trainee Assistant
REQUIRED NUMBER: 1 each
Candidate applying for this position must have completed at least Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent educational qualification from a recognized university. Efficient and two years experience in any financial institution may be permitted for those candidates who have minimum 50% marks in +2 of management or equivalent educational qualification. However, candidate applying for Jomsom and Okhaldhunga Branch shall be allowed with minimum educational qualification of +2 in management or equivalent. Preferable age of the candidate applying for this position should not exceed 27 years as of May 1, 2013.
All candidates are expected to be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali and computer literate with working knowledge of office applications. For all of the position mentioned above, candidates are expected to have smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, team building & negotiations skills and positive attitude. Priority would be given to those candidates having local background. Salary and benefits shall be as per Bank's rules.
