Khetan Group, one of the prominent and leading business houses of Nepal is searching for following candidates for its existing and upcoming projects:
• General Manager
The candidate is expected to lead the operations of the proposed projects with the objective of improving efficiency and ensuring smooth operation at all times. Ideal candidate should not only have technical knowledge of manufacturing plants but should also be acquainted with business operations.
• Finance Manager
The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements and should be fully verse with the spreadsheet programs. Ideal candidates should have academic qualification either as MBA or CA or ACCA with relevant work experiences.
• Finance Executive
The candidate is expected to have minimum of 2 years of working experience in FMCG or similar segment with an MBA specializing in Finance from a recognized university. Sound knowledge of RDBMS, SQL Report and working experience in ERP environment will be an added advantage.
• Accounts Executive
The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent from recognized university having strong exposure to NAS, Income Tax/VAT and other statutory laws. Preference will be given to candidates having previous working experience in FMCG or similar natured industry working in ERP environment.
• Communication Executive/Manager
The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent specializing in journalism, communication and public relations having 4-5 years of working experience in relevant field. Ability to prioritize work, quickly edit, write and proficiently communicate in a clear, concise manner is expected from the candidate.
• Production Manager
The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of food, confectioneries, beverages and other food based plants and related auxiliary units. Ideal candidate should have a sound technical knowledge and should be exposed to different production systems enabling efficient production at all times.
• Corporate Affairs Executive/Manager
The candidate is expected to have strong legal and administrative background with institutions handling various markets, dealing with variety of products and managing more than 500 employees. Apart from the legal background, the candidate should have a strong negotiating skill and should be well acquainted with the local labor laws and should be capable of handling the trade unions amicably.
• Site Manager
The candidate is expected to lead the site operation of the proposed projects with the objective of improving efficiency and ensuring smooth operation at all times. Ideal candidate should not only have technical knowledge of manufacturing plants but should also be acquainted with business operations. To ensure a smooth operation at site, the candidate should have the capability to communicate, negotiate, lead and manage resource at site on a continuous basis.
• Commercial/Purchases Manager
The candidate is expected to handle the purchases of multiple brands, categories and products for multiple locations. A strong communication skill, project management techniques and spreadsheet knowledge are the basic prerequisites sought from the applicant. A strong foundation in Finance & Accounts would be ideal for the desired function.
• Regional Sales Manager
The candidate is expected to lead the sales team, develop new market, maintain desire credit level and achieve the desired turnover. The candidate should be capable of developing the sales team under its jurisdiction, build a strong distribution network and enable the company to grow its portfolio on a continuous basis.The candidate should have more than 5 years of experience handling multiple brands of FMCG in Nepal.
• National Sales Manager
The candidate is expected to lead the sales team, develop new market, maintain desire credit level and achieve the desired turnover. The candidate should be capable of planning for future growths and identifying potential growth categories. The candidate should have more than 10 years of managerial experience handling multiple brands of FMCG in Nepal.
• Marketing Manager
The candidate is expected to handle multiple brands, categories and products in a dynamic market. A strong project management skill to lead the unit from inception to the final outcome, coordinating with different crossfunctional units is expected from the desired candidate. The candidate should also have strong network with local media agents and a thorough understanding of the ATL/BTL activities.
• Marketing Officer
The candidate is expected to handle multiple brands for a dynamic market. Ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge of product design, ATL & BTL activities and a desire to learn and work with new ideas, concepts and people. Fresh MBA candidates or Graduates having decent experience are welcomed to apply.
These projects require significant amount of traveling and cross-functional capabilities hence, it is expected that the potential candidates are capable, willing and self motivated to manage and lead their respective units.
