We are looking for a dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Nepal Operation as Examinations Services Marketing and Customer Services Officer.
Examinations Services Marketing and Customer Services Officer responsibilitiess
To lead and implement all business development and marketing activities for the branch of examinations services Nepal. To ensure that the delivery of market research and promotional activities strengthen the market position of Examinations Services Nepal as the best choice of quality UK Examinations for overseas study, professional development and language competency. To manage all day-to-day customer activities in British Council Nepal.
Basic Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for the post are:
• Proven knowledge of marketing, promotion and customer service management systems.
• At least three years proven work experience in a leading customer management systems demonstrating the ability to meet a wide variety of customer demands.
• At least three years proven work experience in a marketing and promotional role demonstrating the ability to meet a wide variety of marketing demands.
• Degree level qualification in a marketing and/or business subject.
• The ability to communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing with colleagues globally (in English), or locally (in Nepali).
• Good interpersonal skills for customer and marketing activity management
• User knowledge of IT systems and sufficient IT skills to create and manipulate spreadsheets and presentation software to facilitate effective marketing and promotional activities.
Remuneration scale: NPR 42,000 to 53.000/month
