Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO) is a service-oriented national NGO, established in 1990 that envisages contributing in sustainable community development by combining research and actions through the integrated programs in the environment and public health areas.
ENPHO seeks to recruit the following one position based in Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet.
Job title: Office Manager (1 Position)
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensure appropriate and efficient management of all administrative and financial accounting matters in ENPHOs' Regional Field Office in Birendrangar, Surkhet
• Make sure ENPHO and its partners books and accounts are properly and effectively maintained
• Maintain and follow all legal requirements of taxation rule and regulations for standardized accounts practice of Government of Nepal and ENPHO
• Monitoring and evaluation of finances, administrative procedures and procurement for various activities of ENPHO Regional Field Office progammes and projects.
• Plan and provide management support to monitor activities/ outputs/ impact and adapt the program as per need to ensure smooth implementation of project activities with community mobilization.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual report
• Conduct regular field visit and produce field visit report
• Manage project team in line with organizational policy
• Reporting to Programme Manager
Required Qualification and experience:
• Master degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience or Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on water sanitation health and hygiene will be added (extra).
• At least two years of practical experience in NGO/INGO related to community development or WASH
• Capacity to provide formal and informal training to stakeholders and community.
• Good team player with good communication skills in written and spoken English and local languages.
• Good skill on computer (Microsoft package)
