1. Job Title: Executive • Marketing (2)
Job Description:
- Undertake market research in order to find out target consumers, their needs and requirements and connect it to the company's objectives
• Make a complete list of customers and be in constant touch with them, either through phone calls, mails or personal visits
• Keep proper records of sales and revenues
- Meet prospective clients and convey proper details regarding the products and services provided by the company
- Assist the team/s in carrying out sales and marketing activities
• Coordinate with the clients and internally with the various departments in executing the assigned marketing tasks Qualification:
• Masters Degree in Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field
Requirement/ Skills:
• Having one's own motorbike is mandatory
• Good knowledge of different marketing and advertising techniques and strategies
- Strong consumer and product awareness
- Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

2. Job Title: Business Development Officer (2)
Job Description:
- To participate and where appropriate lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, business plans and operational policies and procedures for the division
- Develop and maintain Divisional strategy, business planning and policy library
- Increase market presence by consistently and effectively networking within the community and maintaining favorable community image
• Assists the marketing department with advertising materials/ campaigns for business development functions
- Comprehend and adhere to all company-wide and department-specific policies and procedures
- Ensure that appropriate performance information is available to report to Senior Management Team on performance against business objectives and financial targets
- Develop a management information strategy and action plan for development of the service and review as appropriate
Qualification:
- Masters Degree with specialization in Finance/ Marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field
Requirement/ Skills:
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Must possess strong sales and service skills and with demonstrated success in generating new business leads and meeting sales goals
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships within centers of influence, and to partner with management team to develop new sales programs and marketing strategies
• Possess in depth knowledge and the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
- Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing and database
- Ability to conduct needs assessments, identify obstacles and develop solutions to maximize these opportunities
3. Job Title: Sales Executive (2)
Job Description:
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Review professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification:
• Graduate Degree in Management specialization in Finance/ Marketing
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field
Requirement/ Skills:
- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
- Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach

Job Description:
- Schedule for advertisement space and ensure proper advertisement placements in both the newspapers, The Himalayan Times and Annapurna Post
- Coordinate with the clients, advertising agencies and internally with different departments for advertisement scheduling
• Assist in carrying out of advertisement space selling activities for both publications
- Carry out day to day billing activities for the marketing department
- Make necessary follow ups for verification of billing details and completion of required documents
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports wtiich include details on billing, recovery and advertisement data analysis
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent, specialization in Finance/ Marketing
• Fresh candidates with a zeal to make a career in marketing are also encouraged to apply
Requirement/ Skills:
- Hardworking, self motivated and able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
