Constructora San Jose, S.A. Nepal Branch, a Spanish construction company working in the area of public construction works hereby invites application for Nepalese nationals for the following positions:
1. Chief Architect
•
Profile includes concepts and detailed design, degree/diploma (B.Arch/M.Arch) from recognized institution, should have strong designing sensitivity, capable of leading large scale projects.
•
Total 15 years of technical and production experience and at least 8 years experience in the area of designing and remodeling of International Airports.
2. Chief Civil Engineer
•
Required to handle analytical and constructive work in civil department.
•
Plan and review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues, establish measure for process performance.
•
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution.
•
Total 15 years of experience with minimum 8 years in operational airport project.
3. Chief Electrical Engineer
•
Maintenance of electrical equipments, provide technical support to the construction team during electrical equipment installation. Investigate and analyze the root cause of electrical problems and provide solutions to all major electrical faults & repairs.
•
B.E/ B.Tech from recognized institution.
•
Total 15 years of experience and minimum 8 years of experience in construction with at least one year of airport airfield lighting work.
4. Pavement Engineer
•
Role requires handling the work related to Pavement Supervisor with relevant experience in Road / Runway works, plan and review engineering activities, provide support on technical issues.
•
Total 15 years of experience with minimum 8 years in operational airport project.
•
B.Tech/M. Tech from recognized institution
5. Operational and Safety Management System Officer
•
Implementation & training of Safety systems in the project activities as well as during the operation of construction project.
•
Total of 10 years of experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and civil work.
•
Diploma/Degree in Safety Management from recognized institute.
6. Quality control Manager
•
Seeking a civil/structural engineer to design and provide quality control management to oversee a construction project.
•
Should be university degree or equivalent and a total of five years inspection experience or have minimum 5 years directly relating to supervision of construction activities.
7. Surveyor
•
Responsible for Estimation / Quantity Surveying / Costing / Billing /Tendering of construction projects, experience of preparing BOQs Finishes & Structural works.
•
Should be able to take off quantities of all civil items of work do site measurements and reconciliation of materials.
•
Must be B.E/B.Tech/Diploma Civil; Must have minimum of 5 years experience in carrying out Civil works.
8. Draftsman
•
Should be responsible for development of information for cost estimates and engineering drawings. Capable of preparing preliminary and final engineering drawings, make such calculations and detailed design, as required, from basic information and sketches received from Engineers. These final drawings define the physical scope and construction procedures to be adopted in implementing construction projects.
•
Diploma/Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
