Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• The position requires demonstrative leadership and management qualities and skills to provide overall leadership to the company by managing Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Debt Recovery, Liaison with NRB/Government, Customer base expansion etc. and other responsibilities as decided by the company.
• Should be familiar with the NRB directives, Bank and Financial Institution Act and other necessary legislations related to the banking sector.
• Should have completed Master Degree in Banking/Finance/Management/Economics.
• At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in managerial position in banks and/or financial institutions.
• Excellent knowledge & proven experience in Financial Analysis & Planning & Computer Skills.
• Age should not less than 35 years.
