To fill-in the following vacant job positions at the existing branches inside and outside Kathmandu Valley, the bank seeks applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic and result oriented qualified Nepalese citizens.
Job Positions

Branch Manager - Few O/JO-ll0/13
(Officer/Junior Officer)

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial bank with exposure in the area of Overall Operation, Card, Treasury, Trade Finance, Human Resource, Finance & Compliance, General Service, Credit and Marketing and/ or Consumer Banking. The candidate must presently be working at the same or one level below the position applying for.

Management Trainee (05) MT-111/13

It is an entry level job position. The Management Trainee will undergo on-the-job training in overall banking procedures and operations. Upon successful completion of the training, the candidate shall be placed in any departments/branches of the bank with supervisor level responsibilities.

Trainee Assistant (35) TA - 112/13

(For inside Kathmandu valley branches & for Biratnagar, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Butwal, Dhangadi, Birtamod, Pathlaiya, Mahendranagar, Simikot & Janakpur branches)

It is an entry level job position for assistant level. No prior work experience is required.
Minimum Qualification for _all Job Positions_

For Management Trainee, Candidates must have MBA degree in Banking / Finance / Marketing / Economics / Human Resource or Accounting from recognized university with minimum of CGPA 3.30 out of 4.00 or first division.

For Branch Manager and Trainee Assistant, Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferably in management from a recognized University.

Age of all candidates should not exceed 30 years as on March 05, 2013. However, there will be no age bar for qualified candidates working in a reputed Commercial Bank.

Candidate should be computer literate and must be fluent in written _ and spoken English and Nepali.

While applying for any of the job positions, the candidate should be clear on which branch they would like to apply for and should mention it in the application form. The selected candidates would be placed at the mentioned branch only.

Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches.

The eligible candidates meeting the minimum qualification shall be short-listed for further selection process based on the following criteria(for Trainee Assistant only):

o For Kathmandu: Relatively lower age, higher experience and 1st division or 3.00 CGPA (Out of 4.00) in Bachelors Degree. 1st division only in Masters Degree will not be considered.

o For Outside Kathmandu: Relatively lower age, higher experience and higher percentage/CGPA in Bachelor’s Degree.

However, the candidates applying for the positions of Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant will be shortlisted on merit basis.

Only short-listed candidates will be informed for interview /written test.
