Vacancy for the post of the Principal


Competency required:
Academic qualification: Master's Degree in: Business Studies/ Psychology/ Education/Science/or relevant fields;

Experience: At least 5 years experience in teaching and school management; Experience of managing +2 is preferable.

Special Knowledge: Good understanding of human resource, knowledge about new approaches in teaching methodology, understanding of issues like child friendly school; Experience and knowledge on Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring & supervision. Good understanding of team work and experience on facilitating training and workshops ; Familiar with the government education policy and functioning of relevant GON line agencies;

Language/computer competency: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Nepali; Good knowledge of computer and different software application (Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Power Point and handling net and email are essential); Social competency: Sensitive to parents/clients dealing; Able to work independently and under pressure and willing to accept a wide spectrum of tasks; Capable to work in a multicultural team; Have good negotiation and communication skills; good understanding of the current events and national contcxt.
