1. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
A. Administration Management:
• Coordinate and manage Executive schedule, Appointments, Reservations and Travel Arrangements.
• Maintain guest list, travel list and coordinate with VIPs.
• Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass e-mails.
• Organize and participate variety of meetings, workshops, and events as per Executive’s instruction. Prepare minutes and other supporting requirement.
• Maintain wide variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. contacts, daily/weekly/monthly updates, legislative information, databases etc.)
• Manage Executive’s Personal Assets (logistics, construction activities, stationeries, electricity, water supply, land, internet, website etc.).
• Willing to have national and international travels.
• Perform Purchasing activities as per the Executive’s instruction.
B. Assist Executive in Business Activities
• Assist with the preparation of business presentations including texts, overheads and electronic presentations.
• Monitor variety of activities on behalf of Executive, Board Members, Board Committees (e.g. procedures, policy statements, public relations issues, meeting arrangements, account balances etc.) for the purpose of achieving goals and meeting target dates in compliance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. Deal with multiple companies as per Executive’s Instruction.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any stream (Preferably in Hospitality Sector) with 2 years of relevant experience. Legal, mortgage and/or real estate experience are desirable.
Competencies Required: Excellent English communication skills, proven ability to effectively organize and prioritize work flow, excellent interpersonal skills, fluent written and oral communication skills (English as well as Nepali), ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive, high standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information, stress management skills, time management skills, administrative management skills, strong computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook, leadership skills, IT savvy and fluent in English to Nepali translation.
2 wheeler driving license is must.
WORK STATION: BIRGUNJ
2. QUALITY OFFICER Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and control Quality Control Department to produce Quality product as per the given standards.
• Inspect packing materials such as cartons, bottles, labels, caps, shrink-wrap on the basis of Company Standard Specification.
• Monitor, inspect and cross verify quality of finished goods before dispatch.
• Prepare quality related documents and report it to Factory Manager and Head Office.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry/B.Tech. with minimum 1 year of relevant experience or M.Sc. in Chemistry/M.Tech.
Competencies Required: Management skills, Leadership skills, ability to manage problems and get prompt decision, Good Interpersonal skills, Computer skills - MS-Office, E-mail and Internet, Report writing skills.
