1. General Manager (Telecom Operation and Development)
Education Qualification:

BE Electrical/ Electronic Communication from reputed institution.

Experience:

20 years experience in maintenance and operation of Telecom Network, setting up and managing Telecom and IT projects in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Telecom operations including . Switching, Mobile, Passive Infrastructure, IT Network (IP/MPLS, Data Centre, NOC, LAN/WAN/CAN) along with good understanding on upcoming technologies like convergence.

• Handling project activities involving-working out various requirements with respect to utilities, equipment, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

• To develop excellent relationship at senior and middle management level in Govt Depts.. MOIC. Telecom & IT OEMs, Telecom Service Providers and Enterprises. Regulatory bodies’. NEA. etc.

• Must also have experience in other areas of Telecom business e.g. Administration. Planning, coordinating and evaluating the work of personnel engaged in the construction, installation, repair, maintenance and operation of telecom network Must be able to attract, motivate and retain the exceptional personnel in team.

Duty Station: Kathmandu (with frequent travel to field areas)

Salary: Negotiable

2. General Manager (Sales AMarketing)
Education Qualification:

MBA from reputed institution with specialization in marketing.

Experience:

17 Years experience. Experience of sales and marketing in Telecommunication will be desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to identify new trends in the market & design sales strategies, market plan and product development to respond them to achieve the company growth & Profit objectives.

• Build an effective sales team. Develop the distribution and sales channel to spread the geographical reach and achieve sales target.

• Churn Management, management of ARPU and tracking market activities.

• Oversee all advertising. publicity campaigns and brand management

• Liaise with internal departments with regards to performance of dealers & retailers

Duty Station: Kathmandu (with frequent travel to field areas)

Salary: Negotiable
