The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Nepal works with people in poverty and distress to create a just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action. It invites applications for the position of Finance and Administration Officer.
Finance and Administration Officer
The responsibilities of this position include: (a) preparing vouchers, cheques ensuring all supporting documentation for financial transaction including disbursement/settlements; (b) Conduct project reconciliation; (c) tax payment in timely manner; (d) report preparation and timely submit to central office; (e) logistic, procurement and administrative support; (f) follow-up with partner NGO personnel for required documents and reports; (g) conducting physical verification in a timely manner; (h) vehicle management (i) Manage leave record of regional office staff and project staff.
• Competencies: Bachelor Degree in business Studies, Management; 2 years or more working experience in finance and administration sector; familiar with accounting software SUN ; good organizing skills; high level of integrity; understanding of Nepal Government tax rules; computer knowledge (Word and Excel)
• Location: Based in Nepalgun j with visit to project site if required.
