1. CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER (CCO)

The Chief Credit Officer will be a part of the Central Management Committee of the Bank and will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of the Bank's loans. This position will also be responsible for establishing internal loan controls, written policies and procedures for Board approval, and thereby ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
Qualification: Master Degree/Post Graduate/MBA/Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 50% marks in the last education. Preference may be given to candidates having MBA/CA qualifications having relevant experience.
Position: Chief Manager/ Assistant General Manager
Experience:
❖ 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in banking with a minimum of 5 years experience as a comprehensive credit/lending manager with a Commercial Bank
❖ Comprehensive banking background in branch management and extensive experience in commercial, real estate, construction and consumer lending and loan portfolio management.
❖ Must possess proven business development skills, knowledge of the overall business marketplace
❖ Strong financial analysis and loan underwriting skills.
❖ Commanding analytical, decision-making, and effective problem solving skills.
❖ Maintain a thorough knowledge of credit services and a complete understanding of Loan Policy.
Age: Age not exceeding 48 years as on 7th February, 2013 (25th Magh, 2069)
Salary & Emoluments (Subject to change from time to time as applicable, negotiable):
Chief Manager's Cadre (Basic Salary per month): Rs.75,000.00 - Rs.l,06,500.00 and Total Allowances per month: Rs.50,000.00 - Rs.63,500.00 as per Bank's norms.
Assistant General Manager's Cadre (Basic Salary per month): Rs.90,000.00 -Rs.1,25,000.00 and Total Allowances per month: Rs.60,000.00 - Rs.75,000.00 as per Bank's norms.
The selected candidate will have to execute 3 years bond for Rs.5 lacs in favour of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. inter alia confirming continuing of at least 3 years in the Bank's service.
