As per the above, Jagdamba Overseas Pvt Ltd. is pleased to announce vacancies for the following positions for the new Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in FMCG space :
National Sales Manager:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• MBA or Equivalent in Business with specialization in sales and/or marketing
• Minimum requirement of 5-8 years of progressive experience with prominent FMCG brands and/or companies (experience in prominent cigarette brand or company sales and marketing is an advantage)
• Candidate must be proficient in English and various computer software
• Responsible for entire set-up and execution of new business in whole of Nepal
• Has comprehensive experience in nationwide channel management (distributors and retailers) and account management skill together with building solid professional relationships
• Maintains high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan
• Ability to plan, work, analyze and manage priorities to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Conducts regular reporting of current and projected sales and marketing activities
• Must be a team player; having good group work skills and coordination
• Should be a diligent worker with innovative thought process
• Executes plans and monitors them effectively and efficiently
Sales Officers:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Management graduate with specialization in sales and/or marketing
• Minimum requirement of 3-5 years of progressive experience with prominent FMCG brands and/or companies
• Candidate must be proficient in English and various computer software
• Responsible for setting-up and executing new business in the designated areas
• Must develop strategy and business plans in the designated areas with distribution partners
• Constantly monitor and support dealers/retailers in the designated areas of sales
• Conduct product and brand training with dealers/retailers
• Create sales and marketing budgets, projections, analysis and reports
• Is self-motivated and determined in leading growths for the area
• Maintains high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan
• Has the ability to plan, work and manage priorities to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Salesmen:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• 10+2 pass (maximum doing graduation in any stream)
• Work experience in FMCG sales, if any, would be an advantage
• Candidate must be able to converse well in local languages, English proficiency is an advantage
• Candidate must have a valid 2-Wheeler Driver's License
• Responsible for frontline sales in retail for the assigned routes
• Also responsible for growing distribution in his assigned routes & areas
Junior Salesmen:
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• 10+2 pass (maximum doing graduation in any stream)
• Work experience in FMCG sales, if any, would be an advantage
• Candidate must be able to converse well in local languages, English proficiency is an advantage
• Candidate must know how to ride a bicycle
• Responsible for frontline sales in retail for the assigned routes
