A reputed liquor manufacturing company that thrives to research, develop, manufacture and market quality alcoholic beverage in a responsible and competitive manner through continual improvement and professionalism requires the following position:

PROJECT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and Plan the detail activities of FMCG Factory project from construction to its operation. Prepare annual and quarterly work plans and reports on projected costs, employees and equipment required. Prepare time schedule of project, monitor the schedule plan, and update the plan as required.

Implement the Project plan and support the delivery of funds implementation as mentioned in the plan. Contact and coordinate equipment supplier and vendor. Estimate cost, resources needed and initiate hiring or reporting the need for out-sourced service. Mobilize personnel, goods and services, draft terms of reference and work specification and oversee all contractors' work.

Monitor the progress against the approved work plan and document all related activities. Perform regular progress reporting to the project board as agreed to with the board. Monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports. Manage and monitor the project risks identified and submit new risks to the project board for consideration and decision on possible actions if required.

Required Qualification:

Master's Degree in Public Administration/Economic Development/Law/ Sociology /Project Management or any other relevant discipline with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration/Economic Development/Law and Sociology/ Project Management or any other relevant discipline with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Candidate above the age of 30 years are encouraged to apply. Competencies Required:

Fluent written and oral communication ability (English & Nepali)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Self starter with ability to work under minimum supervision to meet short deadline

Team building skills and ability to deal with multiple teams located in multiple locations

Leadership Skills. Stress and Time Management Skills

Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflow

Strong Computer skills i.e. Word. Excel, Power Point, etc.
