1. Job Title: Trainee journalist • (2)
Job Description:
- To develop and follow news especially breaking news.
- Edit, translate and report news items in a concise, organised and effective manner
- Produce and edit multimedia content
- Upload international news in different categories, photos, videos
- Co ordinate within print edition colleagues to get detailed information
- Upload stories from print edition, news, photos and videos on the website
- Handle social media accounts
Qualification:
■ Graduate degree in English or Mass Communication or Journalism
- Fresher with zeal to build their career in journalism may apply. Prior experience in English news media will be given preference
Requirement/ Skills:
- Should have good editing skills, and excellent command over English
■ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express and Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Premiere (or any other standard video editor)
- Good news sense of both national and international affairs
- Able to establish priorities and balance a desire for perfection with the necessity to follow deadlines
- Willing to work in shifts and during unsociable hours
- Should be proactive with a willingness to leam and work as part of a team
- Nose for news, promptness, and communication and interpersonal skills a must
2. Job Title: Reporter • (2)
Job Description:
- Undertake day to day reporting assignments
■ Seek out and investigate stories via contacts, press releases and other media
- Write and produce well researched, in-depth and well written features
• Contribute in the process of news production including generating ideas and discussing topics and relevant issues Qualification:
- Graduate degree in English or Mass Communications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience
Requirement/ Skills:
- Should have excellent command over English
- Able to communicate well and get relevant information
- Willing to cope with complex situations
- Flair for writing and capable of producing well researched write ups

3. Job Title: Principal Correspondent (1)
Job Description:
- Report and write news stories for publication, describing the background and details of events.
- Research and analyze background information related to stories in order to be able to provide complete and accurate information.
- Investigate breaking news developments such as disasters, crimes, and human interest stories.
• Develop ideas and materials by analyzing and interpreting news, current issues, and personal experiences.
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate degree in English or Mass Communications
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience

4. Job Title: Deputy Manager - Human Resources (1)
As a Human Resources Manager, you will have to plan, direct, and coordinate human resources management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description:
- Monitor the entire recruitment process from job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams and interviews
• Participate in managing the staff and ensuring administrative HR follow-up
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Identify staff development and training needs for the future growth of the company staffs and ensure that the training is obtained
- Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
• Provide support to departmental heads to enable the effective application of the recruitment, performance management, compensation management processes
• Lead the proper implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure proper HR management; also contribute to make improvements where necessary
• Ensure proper usage and provide inputs for the development and updating of the Human Resources Software
- Responsible in dealing with and developing external HR partnership (Ministiy of Labour, corporate houses,
HR etc)
- Responsible for addressing Unions, coordinating and communicating with them by participating in meetings and dealing with all their related issues.
Qualification:
- MBA or Masters from a reputed university with a specialization in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
Requirement/Skills:
- Expert and a good practical understanding of the labor law and rules of the country
■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Highly developed and demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels
- Should have an organised approach to work with good prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Experience of leading in an environment of constant change
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
- Very good initiation and negotiation skills
