Suvidha Sewa (P) Ltd. is recruiting ‘Administrative Associate’ for one of its clients, an established and highly reputed private manufacturing company.
Following are the pertinent details:
Duty Station: Kathmandu (Company HQ)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) with minimum 2 years of experience in similar position. Incumbent with Relevant education background will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring, Supervision of support staff, Reception & coordination with various departments, requirement for their services.
Procurement of Office supplies & stationery and maintaining proper records.
Monitor purchases for office pantry, toiletry & first aid kit.
Coordinate for repairs maintenance & operation of office equipment.
Logistic support for national and international guests.
Arrange for the availability and maintenance of utilities and service facilities of office premise.
Perform other duties as assigned by GM HR and MD.
Competencies required
Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
Good command in written and spoken Nepali & English.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Maintain Board & AGM related documents / files / minutes / agreements etc., and support Company Secretary for Board & AGM related jobs.
Petty cash management.
International Travel (Ticketing) arrangements of employees as and when necessary.
