We are seeking a thrilling open minded individualist who can be Operations Manager for us. This person is going to be responsible to run day-to-day operations at the new office of Pebble infotech Pvt. Ltd. You will try to make things happen and think little a bit more than usual to have efficiency in place.

Some responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations to make sure that things are running smooth. Coordinate with status report to US management team to make sure that all are on the same page (with some big powers come big responsibilities!) Maintenance of the building and make sure that all utilities are taken care for smooth function

Manage staff and help in recruitment process Mentor and motivate staff

Ensure that office is running smoothly (yeah we are making doubly sure!)

Education and Experience:

A minimum of bachelor's degree and valid experience as an operations manager preferably in an IT company.

You must have a good command on English-Written and verbal. Needless to say you should be well versed in the computer world.
