Experience: 4 years of relevant IT experience
Required Skills:

• Proven track record of leading teams

• Must have ability to take a project from requirements through implementation

• Onsite - offshore coordination experience

• Strong analysis, design, coding and troubleshooting skills

HR Manager: 2
Qualifications: MBA in HR or equivalent Experience: 3+ years
Required Skills:

• Human resource planning and Recruitment/Selection

• Employee development and Reward Systems

• Employee relations and Health/Safety Management

• Staff amenities and salary administration
