Career at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF)

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is an international NGO, working in Nepal since 2008 in the field of HIV/AIDS treatment and care. AHF is looking for dynamic and energetic Nepali citizens to fulfill the following positions;

1. Program Support Coordinator (One position for KTM)

Assist in program planning, implementation and monitoring AHF’s Nepal program, organize testing campaign, report writing, newsletters publication; and advocacy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor in Public Health or equivalent and 3 years of related experience

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English required

2. Logistic Officer (One position for KTM)

Coordinate logistics and procurement related activities and assist in financial management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Must be a Bachelor Business Administrative (BBA) Graduate.

• At least 2 years experience in logistic/supply chain management.

• Experience in working on budgets that would add value.

3. Counselor - (One for KTM and one for Butwal)

Responsible for comprehensive care and counseling; maintain record of patients care; conduct training to PLHIV; coordinate support group meetings; and provide reports to supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Intermediate level in general medicine or staff nurse or lab technology OR Plus Two with 3 years of experience in HIV counseling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail

4. Data Operator (One position for KTM)

Responsible for updating database of patients at ART clinic and produce reports and newsletters. S/he will be responsible to support academic activities. S/he should maintain accounts and support in administrative function at ART clinic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Must be a graduate (preferably from commerce/accounts background) with Diploma in Computer Applications {from a recognized institute or university)

• Preferably have training and experience rn database management, monitoring and evaluation (M & E) of a program.
