Medecins Du Monde - France (MDM-F), an International humanitarian non-governmental organization based in Paris and implementing health related programs in Nepal since 1995, is requesting applications from qualified Nepalese citizens.
1. NURSE SUPERVISOR- ONE (Sindhupalchowk Based)
The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible
• to supervise/assist government staff and local NGOs ANMs in implementing quality reproductive health care services, especially BEOC, either at Health Facility (HP, SHP,PHCC) or in the community (outreach);
• to supervise/assist local NGOs community facilitator and ANMs in delivering technically sound health messages in the community
Requirements
• Certificate level in Nursing and registered in Nursing Council, 3 years experience in community development work, strong skills in BEOC, preference will be given to SBA trained candidate.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to move to the field and participate in community and health facility activities
• Physical fit, as the job requires walking up to 3-4 hrs in mountainous areas
