Assistant Managers

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Management/Economics for a reputed university.
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Banking experience.
Work experience in Officer or above level in Banking/Financial sector.
Age should not exceed 35 years as of March 13, 2013

Branch Managers

Requirements:
At least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for a reputed university.
Minimum 4 years of Commercial Banking experience.
Work experience in Junior Officer or above level in Banking/Financial sector.
Age should not exceed 35 years as of March 13, 2013

Officers

Requirements:
At least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for a reputed university.
Minimum 4 years of Commercial Banking experience in related field.
Work experience in Junior Officer or above level in Banking/Financial sector.
Age should not exceed 30 years as of March 13, 2013

Management Trainees

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Management/Economics for a reputed university.
Minimum first division marks or CGPA of 3.25 at the post-graduate leve & 50% marks or CGPA of 3.00 at all under-graduate levels from class 10/S.L.C onwards.
Age should not exceed 28 years as of March 13, 2013

Junior Assistants

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for a reputed university with minimum 55% marks or CGPA of 3.12
Prior experience is not required.
Age should not exceed 25 years as of March 13, 2013

Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of degree from SLC/equivalent onwards shall be disqualified.

Following conditions are applied for Junior Assistant to Branch Manager Positions:

All the positions are for inside and outside Kathmandu valley branches.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in branch operations and/or credit for Branch Manager and Officers positions.
All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications. Candidates are expected to have smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, desire to excel and a positive attitude.
