1. HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT
Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant & progressive work experience in Credit Risk Management or Credit Appraisal / Operations with commercial banks.The Candidate must possess sound knowledge on identification of Credit Risk & its Management.
2. BRANCH MANAGER (a number of positions)
Level: Junior Officer to Senior Officer
Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in Credit, Marketing, Operations and Trade Finance. Candidate must have ability to manage in a geographically and culturally dispersed environment and be responsible for business growth of branch office and achieve the given target. Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager / Asst. Branch Manager in financial institutions inside and / or outside Kathmandu Valley preferred.
3. INTERNAL AUDIT (a number of positions)
Level: Supervisor to Officer
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant & progressive work experience of Internal Audit & Compliance Department with MBA or equivalent degree or CA / ACCA.The candidate must possess knowledge on relevant AML guidelines / Central Bank Directives / other relevant banking rules and regulations.
4. ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (a number of positions)
Level: Supervisor to Jr. Officer
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in Credit, Marketing, Operations, Card Department and Trade Finance. Candidate must have ability to manage in a geographically and culturally dispersed environment and be responsible for business growth of branch office and achieve the given target. Proven experiences in branch office are an advantage.
5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (a number of positions)
MBA / MBS or equivalent degree with specialization in Finance / Marketing / Accountancy from a recognized university securing at least 60% marks or 3.25 CGPA. Candidates willing to work outside Kathmandu Valley preferred.
6. RECEPTIONIST
Bachelors degree in business related field with formal training on professional course like reception techniques / telephone handling etc. Work experience in corporate environment is an added advantage.
7. TRAINEE ASSISTANT (a number of positions)
Bachelors degree in business related field from recognized university securing at least 50% marks.Candidates willing to work outside Kathmandu Valley preferred.
Minimum Requirement for all Positions
• Bachelors' Degree in management / business administration / commerce or relevant discipline except for Management Trainees.
• Fluency in Nepali and English (oral and written).
• Computer Literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
• Applicant for Management Trainee should not cross 30 years as on March 15,2013.
• Applicant for Trainee Assistant should not cross 28 years of age as on March 15,2013.
