Position: Human Resources Manager
The candidate should be self-motivated and competent enough to handle HR functions. S/he will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out various HR operations- performance management, manpower planning, training and development etc.
2. Handling Industrial Relation Issues, coordinating legal affairs.
3. Properly managing administrative functions- attendance and leaves, welfare activities, benefits management, documentations etc.
4. Creating a good working environment and team based organization.
The candidate should hold a Masters degree in any discipline. Candidates with legal background will be given preference. A proven record of minimum 3 years of experience handling the responsibilities similar to above mentioned is desirous.
