The Enabling State Programme (ESP) is seeking to appoint 6 Interns. The positions are open to Nepali nationals. Applications are strongly encouraged from candidates belonging to poor and excluded communities including women.
Placements are for 6 months and are designed to provide opportunities for work experience which will increase interns' confidence, work skills and employability. The programme will provide a stipend/allowance and insurance to interns. Interns will be expected to cover their own transport and living costs such as accommodation. Candidates should note that the placement is designed to provide work experience only and there will be no possibility of work within the programme after the completion of the internship.
The six available intern placements are:
1. Programme intern, based in Kathmandu
2. Administration intern, based in Kathmandu
3. ME and KMIS intern, based in Kathmandu
4. Regional programme intern, based in Biratnagar
5. Regional programme intern, based in Nepalgunj
6. Regional programme intern, based in Dhangadhi
ESP will select candidates based on competence and experience required for the internship as well as candidates need for work experience.
