FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER
QUALIFICATION: Applicant should havo at least 3 years of experience in Hotel industry.
AGE LIMIT: 30-40 years
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Resolve customer complaints on food quality and service.
• Maintain hygienic kitchen and dining areas, sanitation standards, and necessary record keeping.
• Budgeting, keeping employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, monitor book keeping records.
• Use computer software to monitor inventory and staff.
• Collect receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts and lock the facility at the end of day.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee training for staff.
• Schedule working hours for servers.
• Develop marketing plans and their implementation.
